Returns and Refunds

Return and refund policy:

These are custom made to order prints, we cannot accept returns if you have changed your mind or made a mistake.

However please get in touch if there has been a problem with the order. If you order a custom print and need to cancel it, please contact us within 24 hours or production may have already begun and at this stage it will be non-refundable. 

 

Custom prints are made to order, they are not refundable unless we have made an error. In the case of a error, simply return any undamaged product with its included accessories and packaging along with the original receipt (or gift receipt) within 14 days of the date you receive the product, and I will exchange it or offer a refund based upon the original payment method.

Warranties & responsibility for services and products:

I will pay for shipment of replaced products to customer and the customer will be responsible for return shipment of the product to myself.
